We are strictly a no party or events house. Non family based groups, must contact us prior to booking. Please also read house rules and rental agreement prior to booking. Please note: For security and insurance purposes the house has external motion sensored security cameras covering all entry points. To ensure guest privacy, cameras are only checked in the instance of any security breaches or reported issues.
